The Casper Repose is a type of platform bed designed to support your mattress without a foundation or box spring. Its slatted base is designed to provide a firm, flat and even surface for your mattress.

It all comes down to personal preference! If you prefer a more modern look, we have bed frame options that do not require a foundation or box spring. For a more traditional bed setup, the Casper foundation pairs with our metal bed frame for extra height and seamless support. Our foundation can also be used with any standard-size bed frame that requires a box spring or foundation to support the mattress.

Casper bed frames are made from high quality materials like solid wood or metal and can complement any bedroom furniture setup.

The Casper Repose does not accommodate headboards other than the Wood or Pillow headboards from this collection.

Clean with a damp, non-abrasive cotton cloth. Mild liquid detergent or household cleaner may be used on all colors except natural wood. Do not use ammonia based cleaners.
